A friendly introduction to the basics of Perl, centered on the most generally useful constructs and idioms.Unlike C++, you can solve many real-life problems using only ten percent of the Perl language. These ten percent are the focus of this course. Unfortunately, Perls syntax is sometimes bizarre and treacherous. We can help you jump the first hurdles.
